RBC Simplified® Disability Insurance
You must be a Canadian citizen or permanent resident/landed immigrant, from age18 – age 55, and working a minimum of 30 hrs per week.
Term Life Insurance
You must be a Canadian citizen or permanent resident / landed immigrant who has been in Canada for more than 12 months and be 18 years of age or older.
RBC Guaranteed Acceptance Life Insurance
You must be a Canadian citizen or permanent resident / landed immigrant who has been in Canada for more than 12 months and be between the ages of 50 and 75.
RBC Simplified® Disability Insurance:
Once you’ve completed and submitted your application, you can expect:
To receive a confirmation of coverage document confirming your insurance purchase
Your first premium to be charged to your credit card/debited from your account
Your policy to arrive in the mail within 15-20 business days.
Term Life Insurance:
For coverage under $500,000, once you’ve completed and submitted your application you can expect to receive a confirmation of coverage document confirming your insurance purchase. For coverage over $500,000, or if we’re not able to confirm coverage immediately, one of our representatives will contact you to obtain more information.
