Who I am in life
My name is Anna La Borde. I was born on a warm, sunny day in September in Evesham in 1988. For the past seven years I have resided inHopewellwith my mother, Willimea and my niece Aria. I am the last of five siblings.
I started school when I was five-years-old. I went to kindergarten through to sixth grade at the Evesham Methodist Primary School, and then I attended Emmanuel High School, Mesopotamia, and the St. Vincent and the Grenadines Community College.
In general I am a bit quiet at times; I am well disciplined and have a great personality. In that I love to smile, even when I am angry or upset.
My Goals and Aspirations
I hold the coveted title of Miss P’Tani 2010. I am a member of the Mijé Modeling Agency. This I take very seriously and enjoy every bit of the experience afforded. In 2011 I participated in the Elite Model Look Caribbean where two models was chosen to represent SVG in the finals in Trinidad. Even though I was not the winner I was placed in the final top ten but I thoroughly benefited from the experience and exposure that it provided.
My hobbies are dancing, modeling, listening to music, looking at television and interacting with positive individuals.
What life means to me
To me day to day life is rooted in family and friends, knowing who you can trust and who trusts you. I am a true believer in God as He is my source of being. I am pretty much on the happy side of life, but like all young adults I do have my “days of.” That means I do have some sad days and happy days.
I may be young and novice but I still believe that life is worth everything. For me, it’s not just about having a relationship, companionship, good friends or even a good job. Some people will settle for things like these because for them, it’s by far the best their lives can get. For me, that’s not all you get from this world.
Life is so much more than merely pursuing the norms of the society but amongst other things being a good person and subscribing to the morals of my fore-parents. Life is a lot about passion, freedom and love. I will only walk this road once; I might as well make the most of it.
What’s my outlook on the future?
From this point in time I hope to further my studies in Tourism and Hospitality Management and also to further my modeling career.
